It can not be stressed enough how important it is pre-treatment of surfaces prior to coating. The failure to ensure proper cleanliness before powder can lead to at best a poor finish, and at worst premature failure of the surface, resulting in costly repairs.

Most often the surface is galvanized zinc. Because it is considered a full finish, other coating can be problematic if not treated properly, this system is preferred when performance is the main consideration.
