Most house paint now days is latex if the box is still there get to see what kind it is, if latex paint rinse as much as possible and take the blade (blue) and rub some of this in clothes and rinse again, then wash as usual. If oil painting clothes kiss those goodbye.

chances are that you do unless its water-based paint ... house paint is usually oil-based

you probably will not be able to leave the clothes. try to wash them right away before it dries, but I doubt that it works ..

If it is oil based why do not you come out with mineral spirits? I would try it and then wash at least twice to get the mineral spirits on clothing.
