Personalized Wall Art

Does anyone know where you can buy online wall art that you get to customize? You can put your name on the photo and you can choose what letters are made from, like a door knob or nails etc. Someone famous, I think Oprah has mentioned that several years ago and Now I do not remember the website and I can not find it on Google.
