Peeling Ceiling Paint

Posted on April 4, 2010.
Peeling Ceiling PaintPainting on the ceiling bathroon constantly falls off?

My daughter (16) generally passes for a shower with the bathroom window closed, due to a fear of moths, so the paint is constantly falls off, I painted several times, but painting takes off, I use the normal ceiling paint. Is what I can do or use to stop the paint comes off easily?

Thank you!

OK, so after making repairs to chipped paint, sanded and primed fields, get

Zinsser Paint bathroom PermaWhite ..

(2 coats should do it)
In addition, Zinsser is a mold and prevents mold growth on the paint for a long period of time. Good Luck

Use a latex paint specifically for bathrooms. Sure at first. normal ceiling paint is not made for the conditions of wet bathroom. Go to a paint store and they can help you choose the right color for the job. Good luck.

I did it myself in our small bathroom. remove any flaking paint or mold, sand the entire area, then use a premium / undercoat to prepare the Celing. Finally paint the bathroom with a bathroom specialist painting and cooking, these works a treat IVE even painted ceilings of the hall and living room with this painting.
Finally I would reco that you get a small basket to put in the bath to treat comditions wet.
