Paint Pants

How can I remove paint stain on my black pants? paint color is beige. Is it possible that I can remove the stain that will not damage the fabric? I'm not sure what fabric it is, but it's just an ordinary office black pants ... Please help.

Three steps:
Take off as much as you can (probably not much, people usually panic and rub it while it is wet).
Saturate the area with "Goof Off" (you can buy in a hardware store) and rub with a cloth - cloth first test if it discolors the material.
Saturate the area again with Goof Off and wash as usual.

Do not goof off on the dry material before washing!
