Visualization is a technique where you use your imagination to create an image or movie in your mind that you have deliberately set up yourself. A bit like painting a picture that you have complete control to create an image that you want. Seeing this photo, you:
a) be able to focus more on achieving that goal because you are very clear about what you want.
b) giving you a boost in confidence and motivation you'll start believing you can achieve that particular goal and also be more likely to persist in your plans.
c) avoid the negative influences of others you've already decided on what you want to achieve.
You should try to see every day when you have a free moment. Try to make a habit may be on the commute to work, before going to bed or when you prefer. First try to clear your mind of everything else. You can use relaxation techniques here, some people find deep breathing works well: breathe deeply through your nose through the mouth. Now, just create the mental image in your mind that you want to achieve.
The image you see should be as real as possible. Who's there? What color clothes are people wearing? What time is it? What is the exact situation? Even what the smell and most importantly, how do you feel you've got this mental image and goal?
Tips to develop your skills of visualization:
Some people find it difficult to develop visualization techniques. Here are some exercises you can try to improve yours:
1) Close your eyes and think of someone close to you ... your partner, friend or relative who. Now focus on their face. What is its shape? Once you complete the form now as much detail as you can? The hair, the texture of the skin and so on. How accurate can you do this picture? After a few attempts, you should be able to develop this into a life very similar to the image and the time you'll be able to use this skill to see other objects, people and places easily.
2) This time, think of a happy memory. Perhaps the first time you met your partner or an afternoon particularly happy holiday. Now, select a scene or an image and try to reconstruct the scene in your mind again in as much detail as possible. Really you see in your mind the memory of life again.
You can also experiment with the law of attraction here. Choose an enjoyable experience or object that you want to have. Choose something not too unusual ... like winning the lottery, maybe something like a chance encounter with an old friend, a bouquet of flowers or something to that effect. Keep thinking of that thing in your mind. Visualize what we just talk and try to contain the image for a minute or the exclusion of all other distractions and keeps alive the sense of having now.
To do this a few times during the day for a few days and then wait for really expect it to show up in your life. Now, I'm not going to guarantee anything here, but I think you should try it for yourself and see what manifests in your life.
Inside you is a huge amount of energy. By focusing on you and your spirit you are able to create and control the circumstances around you. Visualization is a technique that can help you do. While the work and take action is still needed the power of your mind and positive thinking is immense and you have full control of it.
