Neon Spray Paint

Yes it does, very strong this

We bought this painting blacklight "once back when college life was an experiment, it was supposed to be paint blacklight sensitive and he was very sensitive. We painted this huge picture window in the room dormitory. We used our fingers as we could dab kindergarten class. We painted glass inside the room. we were in for a surprise, and when we turned on the black light you could see the window at night for miles. He made a very strong colored light display on both sides of the glass. The guy who lived in the dorm could not sleep because he was so brilliant that it could not close eyes.
If the paint is fluorescent it would react strongly to a true black light
