Low-VOC automotive recommendation isocyanate paint right? What about water-based paints type AWX? I am looking for a recommendation on a low VOC, non-isocyanate paint self, which is also affordable.
I try to paint my car and do not want to spend thousands of dollars on an old car. I looked in Rustoleum as an alternative, but not from the color I want, so I guess I have to go to an automotive paint like PPG Omni or value, DuPont Nason, or paint? What about the water-based paints? They are low VOC content, but what about isocyanates?
Using a coat of low VOC water base function will not win much because the only decent clear coat are higher Voc solvent types. For high isocyanate your project once it may be preferable to stick to the most current and proven paint horse in battle types.Look Valspar brand, they make high quality coatings for a more reasonable price.
