Metal Primer Paint

I have been applying a primer for metal rust on a metal chair, and I had some on my sheet! How do I get rid of him .. Anybody know?

I do not know if this will work, but seems to Lestoil anything. My mother worked in a glass factory and an old gentleman told him to use it to get paint on. I love this kind of thing. Good luck
