Masonry Spray Paint

I have a block wall on one side of my garden. It is gray and boring - I can paint it without having to deal with before hand? So do I paint the wall? I have a machine Ronseal Spray (battery). Ronseal recommend be used only with products but Ronseal can I use paint him and others I need to dilute it or something?
