Learn To Spray Paint

I've always been amazed by the art of the street you are in SF and other places. Some of them are really amazing and beautiful. I would try and learn. Of course, I would not do it on the public domain. I'm only 16 and I did not want to finish in a bind. I think I would probably use paper or wood large spray. Yet I can not find the place to learn. I did a search and everything I am is how to remove paint. Does anyone know where I can learn to do this? I promise I will not vandalize the property of others.
