Krylon Camouflage Spray Paint

So I tried to paint a desert camouflage bb container with spray paint Krylon Camouflage, but paint scratches very easily. There was a lable so I ripped, but the suface was still sticky. So we used to nail him down. Mabey he touched, I do not know. There are only three layers of paint, so I have no idea what happened! Help please!
