Just Married Clip Art

Below is the link to the invitations that I really want. We're getting married July 4, so thought it would be a good idea to put fireworks on the invitations. I already bought the kit invation ivory white, and just need to know how to create this design (one site to create an exact model from scratch, which is free and capable of printing that would be great) and how to change the color of clip art once it is added, and the lettering. I find all the info Google seems overwhelming and just to have a number of links that are not really useful.

I use a site that is for scrapbooking, but it also has invitations, or you can make up almost anything you want. Everything is free, easy to use and it is very fluid and the composition of simple menus make well worth a look.
