Interior Latex Paint

I painted a toy box for my son with an interior flat latex enamel paint. I painted over the original paint (white) with two layers after cleaning with mineral spirits odorless. I am afraid that the paint scratch too easily, especially with him off and toss in. What can I use to seal the paint and seals against a very aggressive and rude boy of 2 years?

You can coat it with clear lacquer or polyurethane water-based, both are non-toxic when dried.

Without going to powder ... You can clear coat it, but you should actually have used a latex paint full brightness instead of flat because the shiny material in the painting is actually a derivative of nylon plastic that gives the lustrous ist painting and its sustainability.
