Halloween Body Paint

IM will be completely covered in blue for Halloween and I need to know if I have to use liquid latex or paint for the body, face and body, how much would it be liquid latex to cover the two head to toe?

Get stage makeup cream and putty makeup (Ben Nye or Mehron).

liquid latex is not really meant for yourself painting, it is intended to build and scars below.
