What software program do I use to get these graphics ....? Does anyone know what software program, these people use to get these images and create these items?

I have Print Shop 22 and personally I think it sucks! The graphics are mostly lame clipart backgrounds relatively little or borders.
I'm looking for a program that has peas, Argyle, striped circles, etc.

For bitmap (raster) graphics, you should go for Gimp. For vector graphics, try Inkscape. Both are available fully free on the Internet. Personally, I use GIMP because I'm not too interested in vector graphics (except for 3D graphics, which is another matter entirely), but it's up to you to decide what you are going for.
