My neighbor has the right to come into my garden to paint the boundary fence of our gardens? My neighbor thinks he has the right to come into my garden at any time to do something to the fence. It was painted once before with the permission of my ex but I am not satisfied with this arrangement to continue as I am a single parent and feel intimidated by him. It threatens to see a lawyer.
If he speaks lawyer, then the fence is hers and his property.
Check your property survey.
Our guide is recessed 20 "from the property line so that we can access for cutting and repair.
Better be a good neighbor and work with him - volunteers to paint the side facing your property.
Nobody can enter your private garden without your permission. Why does it need anyway?? If the paint on its side of the barrier, it is not necessary for him to enter your property. If, perhaps, the barrier is broken, with some of them to be replaced, you can either reach an agreement as to when it can enter your property to make repairs. Otherwise, you are within your rights to report hin for tresspassing ..
If the United Kingdom, no. He must ask permission, you are quite right to refuse if you wish. If the "threat" to see a lawyer, he is none of your business. It will just lost her own money, if it is true.
If he comes on your property without permission, despite the warning, you are committing trespass. You are then entitled to require him to leave. If it falls, you can use "reasonable force" to remove. Normally, your partner frogmarch him off, but you can turn the sprinkler on! Seriously, you can also ask the police to have a word with him, but he is not really a criminal offense, he is a civil matter.
Closing of who he is? If it's closing, it should be somewhat within the boundaries of his property. Part of the property on the other side (side) of the fence should be his. If this is the case, he has the right to be in this article to painting and repairing the fence and should not be planted on his land. If you want to make a fence, you should put your own fence a few feet inside your property. But if your fence is already at the time he needs to stay out of your property and establish its own. You can do what you want for your fence. Including for a sign to encroach on it. If you want to avoid a confrontation intimidating conversation, you may be better to write him a letter about how you feel ...
But ... if its closure and not yours, you have no right to grow crops up it or hang anything on it or do any damage. Set up your own fence a few feet from him.
Usually, if the fence is exactly on the property line, he has rights to his side. Most fences actually sitting a few inches inside your property, making your fence, and he can not do anything at all. All you have to do is tell her that your fence and you do not want on your property. Or better yet, tell him to go see a lawyer who will give you reason.
No, it is not closing, it may take the signs from his side, rurn around them, paint them and put them back or it could simply set aside - just because it doesb't its limits that it has to close it, personally, I left it in the paint, it will keep your side clean, meaning you do not pay for it. It will be wasting his money to a lawyer - empty threat
ITS your property! No way there a right of private property. If they ask permission, and you say yes, thats the only way for him to come into your garden. If he goes to see a lawyer, it wont help, its most likely to help you!
Do not worry, it will get sorted soon as it receives a lawyer!
;)
Your garden is your property. It can not and that.
