Folk Art Rooster

Michael and I saw a book that had received instructions on how to make a folk art rooster styrofoam. I remember that at stake, sculpture and adding a kind of clay and paper mache before painting. and you can hang in your home. I'm looking for the model or at least the name of the book. Can you help me?
