Flat Black Auto Paint

I want to get my car painted by a famous painter, painter, no discount. The car would be painted flat black, it is so special paint matt black car. Any recommendations will then painted or photos to show help.

A flat car black is really cool when done right. As just mentioned, you want to use the base / clear coat paint job as a standard, the shop will only use a pre-flattened clear or addendum to flatten it clear.

My advice is to ask around, see where the dealers to send work and you should eventually find a reputable store. Find a shop with a modern paint booth. The reason I say that is because a flat paint job can be sanded and polished as your typical job can be (it will be brilliant). A modern stand will help keep the dirt from the paint much better then a run-down.

A better way to have it painted would have painted with PPG black epoxy coating, Jet Black and the base layer pre-flattened Clear Coat.

The end result looks much better and would be worth the effort and additional costs. I would also last longer than if you just had painted matte black.

flat black paint retains water and cause rust, I would not do it, but it's your choice
