Exterior House Paint Color Ideas

Exterior House Paint Color IdeasCan anyone give me ideas on what color to paint the exterior of my house and trim?

Lisa;
I suggest you visit one of the centers such as Lowe's or Home Depot and the examination of paint manufacturers' brochures showing individual houses with different colors.

I want to give you some advice on brands of paint and costs related to product and labor.

Home deposition Behr brand is cheaper and has very poor coverage. Yes, it's true color is incredibly clean, but that comes into play if your designer and you want to match a color of fabric perfectly. If you use it, in terms of 3 to 5 coats to get even particularly pure white. Their line by Glidden Evermore is excellent both in color and coverage and I prefer the choice of paint that particular store.

The best of the best centers in the renovation of the house is at Lowe's and known as the American tradition which is made by Valspar. I think that this particular paint is the best out there for the money in the color clarity and blankets.

Without going through every product line manufacturer (s) I'll leave off with the big secret. Wal-Mart Color Place Paints are made for them by Sherwin-Williams and S & W is more paint in these boxes. The best part of this FYI is you have to pay half the price at Wal-Mart for the same exact picture you have to pay in the store Sherwin-Williams.

Sincerely,

purple, black, orange, and navy

Taupe, white trim and a door of Burgundy, perhaps a door color Bluey

I do not know maybe the light blue and some decorecions on the walls like pigs on the kitchen or something like that.

it depends mainly on what the house style that you then look at your house and then painting style to your taste we really need additional information about your home.

I like Sand and Taupe (trim)
or
SAND & CHOCOLATE BROWN (trim)
MOSS GREEN & Forest Green (Trim)

I'm halfway finished painting my house. I used to Valspar Lowes. You can get a booklet with many color combinations good on it. I used Mica (light blue) and Blue Steel. There are also many good rustic / colonial color there, if you look around your neighborhood. The brochure will help you a lot.

Find out who's the best painter of the city (drive by houses in better neighborhoods and see who they are hiring because you know they will not necessarily choose the cheapest painters).
Then call the artist and tell him that you plan to have your house painted. Like driving by your house and watch it (make sure it has the right address!). Ask him what he painted the shade outside and trim. Then see what he says.
I had a great idea of what color to paint our house because I saw another house painted the same color. I asked a good painter to watch the other house and give me his opinion for the same shade on our house. He does not think it would be a good game and he told me why. With all his experience, he has proposed a combination of color and I went with his proposal. It was absolutely the best. It shaped the style of the house, the house orientation to the sun in all seasons, etc. It has so much experience with painting houses, his opinion is really valuable!
The painter may be asked to be paid for his opinion. It is worth paying for. I was the hiring of the painter if it was just a free opinion from him.
