Ethnographic ArtHow do I create a showcase that will attract more customers to my retail business?

Art Gallery selling ethnographic (tribal) objects.

This question is not really respond w / o knowing both size / shape of the window you have, the amount of money you're willing to invest in design, and merchandise.

That said, the best poster will be creative and take the basics of advertising account: layout, colors, etc.

For example, assuming that the following was possible, you might consider suspending a cloth in the tribal background of the window, attached to one side like a curtain. Now you need something for the window sill / plate. Suppose that the machine is suspended a complex design w / many colors, you want something simple for the viewer's eye should not be confused. Maybe put a wooden chair, angled, on the other side, w / a stack of folded cloth over the top. The highest may be disconnected, lagging to the floor.
Then maybe put a couple of small clusters of tribal pots and containers on the edge of the shelf /. Not much, just a group of three and a group of two, perhaps.
If you can put some thin, tall items in the containers, large scratch (back, etc..)
Personally, I'd end up having the threshold covered white river stones, giving the window a real point of contrast and to charge the items.

Why am I thinking of this design? b / c it's simple, but reveals much of your product. It also gives suggestions on how the products might be used - containers must not be for flowers, they could be used in the bathroom items, etc.
What he is not particularly creative, it's just a basic design.

More creative would be something like ... hanging vases varoius angular, as if they were pouring water, and then attaching semi-tranparent blue cloth inside them, she throws herself to the threshold of water. Pretty simple, a little more unique. It is ideal to attract attention to the vessels, and designs, but not so good to highlight the variety of your actions or what it can be used.

Hope this helps some and good luck.

Have you thought about putting a naked woman on screen?

Group objects by an uneven number, either 3 or 5's

Try varying the objects with different heights sm, med, LRG, or SM, lrg

Make good use of vertical space. Have any shelf up to the table is boring, but do not a shelf directly over another, which is too grid like. Perhaps the shelves, you can wear, like Ikea.

Use a background color property. Like a rich painting Nice to complement the tones in your articles, without competition. Like a brick red full depth, or burnt umber, yellow or golden.

Then add texture with a cloth or a curtain drape, you can just for the accent, or a fabric you can drape a couple of stacked cubes, or a stool. Hancock fabric has some tissues and tribal ethics. Try to find something with a nubby texture, woven through different son, or perhaps a bit of wood or shell beads. According to the items you sell.

If you sell candles place a candle "landscape" on a shelf too (UN-lit of course): 1. plate size gold charger, 2. three pillar candles of different heights, 3. rocks glass or polished stone, 4. Cool wooden beads thrown stones within 3 or 5)

Lighting is very important. Poor lighting scared customers away. If you'll spend on something, do it on lighting. It can make the difference between something that class or something that "windfall" Again try Ikea bargains. But if you can afford it go to a local professional who can put you up. Try some track lighting or spot lighting. Do not be afraid of the light from the background on some of the greatest / most Dra.
