Im gonna get a little and I am not if it has things on there, I had an iPod nano and it took 3 games free

The iPod touch has the App Store on what passes through iTunes. There is almost tones to download programs, but some / more money does not matter from 0.99 to 500.00 $, "no lie." There are lots of free stuff to download too. The iPod touch does not come with all the games first. Game on iPod Touch are pretty cool in some cases and in others rather lame. Read the first reviews before downloading and / or purchase, in particular. The applications seem to be more interesting then, when the App Store has started.
The App Store are small programs that are similar to MS paint but they are not sophisticated in any case as they would on Windows or Apple PC. The biggest angist Iv had the spirit of the iPod / iPhone is that it can play videos in QuickTime, which is not the standard video format for the net. But I think they will eventually get fixed somewhere down the line.

It does not come with everything, but there one that you can buy / get free in the App Store.
