Define the process of spray paint

Spray paint is a procedure in which a gun sprays a coat of paint on the surface of the painted object. There are different types of sprayers, which are used for painting, for example. By using spray gun, it is important to wear gloves, goggles, and even a mask to avoid inhaling the consequent evaporation.

The process used by a spray painting is called "atomization" - spray paint on different surfaces. The painting is formed by a rotary atomizer, an ultrasonic atomizer, or being forced through the nozzles by pressure.

Usual paint spraying equipment includes a gun, a compressed air system, a pot of paint under pressure, and flexible tubes which link these elements. The paint is pressurized and the paint is flowed through the tubes to the gun. pressure container responds to the movement of the paint. atomized air is introduced into the nozzle tip. The air breaks paint in small portions and pushed the gun to the painted surface.

The types of paint spray equipment include:

- Aerosol spray paint or canned. This paint is easily available in the market. It is a metal aerosol can strongly with paint under pressure. The painting becomes fragmented and it is pushed out of the trap.

- Spray paint airbrush. Here, the compressed air is mixed with paint, which is then sprayed directly on the painted surface.

- High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) guns. It's like an airbrush equipment. But in this case, the atmospheric pressure is lower. Therefore, the gun requires much less pressure, which results in parts of paint be applied to the surface.

- Low volume low pressure guns. Again, it is an attempt to increase the previously described type of weapon. This lower pressure is required and so the paint gives the volumes below the painted surface.

paint booths are used for spray painting facilities inside. Usually, when the operation is conducted, lots of paint is sprayed into the air. Thus, it could be done on other surfaces that do not require painting.

A paint spray booth includes standard equipment spray paint, the surface being painted, and the operator, driving the process. It is essential to have excellent ventilation and recovery systems for air in them. All this because the pressure of air in the cabin will influence the outcome of employment, while reducing the breakdown of health risks and the fire. The painted surface is maintained open floor grid, which ensures that the excess paint drips on the surface and is recycled.

Spray painting has found its way into many applications. Many industries, apart from graffiti, using this modern technique.
