Cheap House Paint

We are buying a house and some of the rooms need to be painted. Where can I buy paint that is cheap and safe?

I do not think cheap is the answer you are looking for, you paint with a little of what you pay for. Behr, and some of the most expensive paintings are sometimes worth the money especially if you make drastic changes in color.
