Cement Paint

The porch of our house have been painted with gray cement. I tried all the chemicals that I saw at Home Depot and nothing has worked. Suggestions?

There are many types of paint and they are not all alike. Example of a couple, they work differently.
Also abrasive water jet, sandblasting and repainting.
Are you trying to return to natural cement? Or re-coat?
If it were me, I would buy paint that matches the color of cement that I loved and repaint. In fact, I have some in my trunk that I use to coat over the graffiti on my sidewalk. Email me and I'll watch the color formula for you.

Sandblasting is the most environmentally friendly, no chemicals.

Sand blast, most large construction site rental rent these stars. Cement is porous if you're having a hard time with anything.

My husband works in a hardware store and was in the department of painting until recently. He said that if it does not want to come off, they probably used here and drive so your best bet might be to paint over it with a color that you prefer or you can try to re-attack, but that it may end up having to repaint anyway because the drive is designed for bare concrete. Anyway, I know that this is not a great answer, but I could out of him. Hope that helps.

One way to remove paint from any surface is to use a power washer 1500 psi, also abused murick acid. This is laudable in most centers luck, since you use chemical solutions 2500 - 4000 psi pressure washer
