Bumper Spray Paint

I value my bumper spray paint. I will sand down, it gives more than 3 layers of spray paint and clear coat it with more than 3 layers of spray paint.

Is the paint comes off or will she stay with no damage?

First you must know if your bumper is made of steel or urethane. also depends on how old the car is good and how you want it to look. If urethane (rubber) and you do the prep properly it will peel and flake. In addition, it lets you know if it's in or out and if you try flaws fixed.
