Brush On Nail Art Paint

I bought a marker of nail art Sallys and I was wondering how to clean it properly. Is it allowed to use nail polish regularly on this subject? And I bought a white brush and use red nail polish and now i brush is red and I cleaned the brush with nail polish remover, but the custom red out of the brush.

Maybe the brush dipped in nail polish remover for a while. It should be possible to use regular nail polish.
