Black Wrinkle Paint

I wonder how I spray paint my gloss black frame flat black.
How do I prepare the black shiny? I'm beginning to put the first image? and this type of durable good paint jet black flat should I use? I want to look through goo and sustainable lines and wrinkles without the frame. What do you recommend I should do and paint should I use?

Use sandpaper and very fine grained sand off the gloss and spray paint flat.
