Black And White Art

Black And White ArtWhat color goes well with black and white art?

Most of my art will be in black and white. The color on the wall would look good with art in black and white

When the paint is concerned, black and white colors are not. In fact, white is regarded as the absence of any color (which is why you can put any color with white in all) and black is the mixture of all colors (which is why works well with any color).

Now I could sit here and tell you a lot of colors that work well, but assuming that I said green, and you hate green, then you are not satisfied with my answer and I would not do helped ... that is my mission here on Yahoo Answers! So, back to basics.

What you want is your art to be in the room. So keep the frames consistent. Use the same color frame for each work of art, if possible. It will focus on art and does not support frames.

As for the color of the wall, since everything matches black and white, I strongly suggest you pick an object that is in the same room (curtains, cushions, furniture, decorative items, carpets, etc.) in bulk, you can choose anything in the room that you really like. Choose a color that is in that object and use that color. You can even take the object in a store where they paint color and can be analyzed to find the exact match and the recipe color.

Keep in mind that the color is also psychological ... really! The direction your room faces will affect your choice of color. For example, if your room faces south, you will not want to put a warm color (like red) on the walls, as you feel hot and smothered in summer months. Place warm colors in the north facing rooms. The same is true for the opposite: if your room faces north, you will not want to put a cool color on the walls (like blue ice) than in the winter months, you will feel uncomfortable and chilled in the room.

I know many people here have suggested putting in red on the walls .... if you do, choose a complex color red (a color complex has two or more names in the descriptive name of the color ... like red cranberry instead of just red light). Choose a color complex will ensure that the color is rich, textured and have depth, which will not allow the paint color for you ... SCREAM Incidentally, in my humble opinion, you may find black, red and white, very hard ... ordinary to say the least.

Another important factor in choosing a color is the mood you want to achieve in the room. If you are looking for a dynamic & exiciting adrenaline pumped room, definitely go with red, lime green, pink or orange pumpkin new ... but if you are looking for a space that is relaxing, soothing and conducive to relax, then you should opt for soft pinks, soft olive green or beige hot chocolate milk. If you are looking for a zen feeling to your room, you'll want to opt for bamboo green, turquoise Caribbean Sea, or soft beige dried bamboo. Even consider using a beigy (not yellow beige!) Wallpaper bamboo with a discreet and very little visual texture of bamboo ... It looks amazing and transmit large Zen! If you are looking to represent a country like feel to the room, definitely opt for the lilac family custard tender green of new spring leaves yellow or ... Do you have flowers or furniture chintz-covered? If you do, then choose a color in pastel being run with shouting "I love the sensation country". If your furniture is neutral, it is always easier to redesign a room ... It depends what mood your furniture emerges ... After all, if you are considering replacing your furniture, this is what you have to work with.

Personally, if I had to choose black and white illustrations to flow in, in my perception (and here on Yahoo Answers, it's all about perception!) What co.
