Belly Cast Art

I plan to make a belly cast next month and I'm considering getting a lady from the village to paint it to match my nursery but I was wondering if anyone has done something special in their own or know of throws different ways to do that make it special. I looked at pictures online, and some people put their hands on their belly and other things. any input would be good. even if u just did a normal I would like to know how it came out and if u have any advice.
