Bedroom Wall Paint

I tried eBay, ACE Hardware Lowes, and Home Depot websites and I just do not see the mural clear that I do not know what to buy I want to buy paint to paint the wall switch wall of my room sleep with, then put a blue border wall through it with blue paint and I have no idea what to buy or where to get it. PLEASE PLEASE help
