Does anyone know a good source of Art Art Deco light fixtures that do not cost an arm and a leg? Review my basement, and need design ideas. Thank you!
IKEA is very good
E-Bay
This is not really art deco, but goes well with Art Deco furnishings. I sailed on the heating and cooling sections to the hardware store and found some cool accessories conducts heat as I did in hanging lamps. There are also perforated stainless steel containers for utensils that I made table lamps. Lowes and Home Depot sell light kits with everything you need to make a fire from scratch. It's fun and easy if you're handy at all! Would be great for a family room basement and more.

I had the same thought about. 2 years ago. The best way to handle this was to look for neutral colors and designs that suit every room in the house. I started doing my own work, and selling at prices very reasonable compared to similar works of art.
